Below are our service terms and conditions to help protect our artists as well as you, our clients.
The service terms and conditions are required and services will be cancelled and removed if the terms and conditions are not agreed to, however Jorja Elizabeth Makeup Artistry is happy to negotiate any of the below terms or conditions with the respective parties.

1.0.0 Pricing
1.0.1: A 30% deposit for a booking for two or more must be paid within seven (7) days of booking.
1.0.2: A booking of one person will not need to provide a deposit.
1.0.3: All fees must be fully paid on or before the date of proceedings.
1.0.4: Fees may only be paid via bank transfer BEFORE the date of proceedings. If the money has not been received by the date of proceedings, into the nominated bank account proof of transfer will need to be provided.
1.0.5: Fees may be paid in cash on the day or via card using the Square app and card reader. Using the Square app and card reader will incur a 2.2% surcharge. Change is not carried, so correct cash is appreciated.
1.0.6: All amounts for two or more people or two or more services will be presented in a formal quote in the days following an enquiry or as agreed upon, along with the service terms and conditions, the makeup questionnaire (if applicable) and the nominated bank account details.
1.0.7: All bookings are not secured or finalised until the service terms and conditions have been agreed upon, the makeup questionnaire (if applicable) has been completed and the 30% deposit has been paid.
1.0.8: All quotes are held for seven (7) days, if the service terms and conditions, the makeup questionnaire (if applicable) and the 30% deposit is not paid within those seven (7) days, the quote may no longer be relevant and pricing may vary.


2.0.0 Deposits and Refunds
2.0.1: 30% deposits for a booking for two or more are non-refundable.
2.0.2: Should you need to cancel or reschedule your booking (all bookings, regardless of size), a minimum of seven (7) days notice is required.
2.0.3: Emergency cancellations will be considered at the discretion of the owner of Jorja Elizabeth Makeup Artistry. Then and only then, the remaining amount of the booking will not need to be paid.
2.0.4: Jorja Elizabeth Makeup Artistry does not give refunds on any services that are performed. Please see all points in 3.0.0.
2.0.5: Refunds will be given on any faulty products as in accordance to the Australian Government’s Refund Policy. No refunds will be given for change of mind.
2.0.6: Should the respective parties contact Jorja Elizabeth Makeup Artistry seven (7) days or less before their proceedings to cancel or reschedule the remaining amount of the booking will need to be paid and additional costs to loss of business may be incurred.
2.0.7: Any payments made in full will be refunded, less the 30% deposit, if Jorja Elizabeth Makeup Artistry is contacted seven (7) days or more to cancel or reschedule.
2.0.8: Any additional people may be added with minimal notice, ensuring there is enough time to complete the service, the surcharge may be waived, however full payment of the service is still required.
2.0.9: Any people needing to be removed from the services will need to provide seven (7) or more days notice to Jorja Elizabeth makeup Artistry, failure to do so will result in the remaining booking amount needing to be paid.


3.0.0 Makeup Application
3.0.1: All relevant medical information will be disclosed to the Makeup Artists at the time of the application to aid in the minimalisation of any negative reactions.
3.0.2: Jorja Elizabeth Makeup Artistry may refuse services if their questions are not answered.
3.0.3: Services may be refused if the customer has contra-indications such as cold-sores, the flu, warts, COVID-19 or any other medical issues as Jorja Elizabeth Makeup Artistry sees fit. Failure to report any contra-indications will result in the fee of replacing ALL makeup, tools and any time lost on said customer or future customers due to loss of product or illness.
3.0.4: All makeup applications are done so or observed by a trained Makeup Artists and all precautions are taken to avoid any negative reactions including a thorough medical review prior to application. By agreeing to the service terms and conditions you are acknowledging that you have or will disclosed any and all relevant information including but not limited to medical information and that Jorja Elizabeth Makeup Artistry is not responsible for any negative reactions or outcomes.
3.0.5: You are required to provide images or descriptions of the look you are after. Your Makeup Artists may check in throughout the application to ensure that the look is still relevant and is still what you are wanting. If you cannot provide images or a description, Jorja Elizabeth Makeup Artistry Makeup Artists cannot be held liable for the outcome not meeting requirements or expectations.
3.0.6: Your Makeup Artist can and may provide advice on the look you are after to ensure a clean, beautiful and polished application. Looks that are recommended to change but don’t and are not the desired outcome, are not the fault of Jorja Elizabeth Makeup Artistry Makeup Artists.
3.0.7: All services require the disclosure of all relevant medical information, failure to do so falls on the client and is not the responsibility of Jorja Elizabeth Makeup Artistry. All services require a brief discussion prior to the commencement of the service to confirm the exact look, feeling, vibe and finish the client is wanting, failure to provide pictures, describing words or examples falls on the client and is not the responsibility of Jorja Elizabeth Makeup Artistry.
3.0.8: The service terms and conditions are made by the below parties, should any other party on the day refuse the service or wish to change the service the above-mentioned parties will be consulted to come to a mutual decision.
3.0.9: All persons under the age of 16 will need the express prior consent to have their makeup done before the date of proceedings by their parent or guardian. Should the parent of guardian not give consent, the service will not be completed.


4.0.0 Timing
4.0.1: Jorja Elizabeth Makeup Artistry shall endeavour to never run late or over time on services, should one of our Makeup Artists run late or over time on the day of proceedings, adequate time or acknowledgement shall be give to the above-mentioned parties and every effort will be made to ensure the completion of services on time.
4.0.2: Failure to complete a service by Jorja Elizabeth Makeup Artistry Makeup Artists may result in a partial refund of up to and including 50% of the particular service fee. This is done at the owners discretion and will only occur in extreme circumstances.
4.0.3: Should the above-mentioned parties run late on the day of proceedings every effort will be made to give Jorja Elizabeth Makeup Artistry adequate time and acknowledgement to ensure the completion of services.
4.0.4: Should the above-mentioned parties run more than 20 minutes late on appointments of two or less or more than 40 minutes late on group bookings of three or more services may be refused or an additional fee may be added of up to and including $50.00 per person. This is done at the owners discretion and will only occur in extreme circumstances.
4.0.5: In the unlikely event that Jorja Elizabeth Makeup Artistry can no longer make the proceedings all efforts will be made to ensure an adequate replacement is found or alternative arrangement will be made. By signing the service terms and conditions the parties below acknowledge that all Jorja Elizabeth Makeup Artistry Makeup Artists are human and emergencies and accidents happen and that Jorja Elizabeth Makeup Artistry will, to the best of their ability find someone to replace them.


5.0.0 Miscellaneous
5.0.1: All parties that will be present on the day of proceedings will be under the care and responsibility of the signing parties, despite age. Any parties at the proceedings to be found touching, rifling, removing, moving, playing or tampering with any product, tool or equipment of Jorja Elizabeth Makeup Artistry will result in the immediate end of services and will be responsible for replacing any and all products, tools or equipment and may be liable for the cost of future customers due to loss of product or damage of products.
5.0.2: Adequate space and lighting will be provided for all services, if it cannot be provided, the above-mentioned parties will need to notify Jorja Elizabeth Makeup Artistry within 24 hours of services commencing. The above-mentioned parties will be consulted and come to mutual decision. In extreme circumstances services may be refused.
5.0.3: The signing party acknowledges that any damage to products, tools or equipment that is a direct result of negligence from any party present on the day (not including Jorja Elizabeth Makeup Artistry Artists) will result in a fee to replace ALL products, tools and equipment that is damaged. This included but is not limited to fire and fire related incidences, flood and water related incidences, contagious diseases, theft and any and all deliberate acts of destruction.
